The Sew Weekly Sewing Circle

So named by my daughter because I was sporting puffy hair, wearing platform sandals and near bell bottom jeans, lol. The Disco Diva’s were characters on an episode of That’s So Raven.

Very simple, no pattern shirt. I simple folded the fabric double and cut a half "T" shape (with a downward slope on the shoulders) and then removed a scoop for the neckline. I serged it together and then broke my sewing machine when the rayon got caught in it ;(

I hand sewed the ends left from the serger to the seam allowance and wore it with unfinished, but very neatly cut hems and neckline. I loves it, and my kids and hubby thought I looked very cool today ;o)

I think a rainbow is a really good thing, he deserves a big hug for that complement!
