At long last!  I thought this would be so quick and easy, but I got waylayed into helping my husband with some job or other and never got back to it for weeks!  It was easy, and a good to use up vintage cotton yellow ric- rack.  The 60's pillow case - had  a directional print so I had to put a seam in - in order to get it up the right way up!
