Polka dot love

Found this little gem in a junk shop nearby - paid $A20 but there is a good 3 metres, so a dress should be possible.  I have a serious thing for polka dots.  Sixties do you think?  Seems to be poly/cotton - would prefer pure cotton but love the colours.
