The Sew Weekly Sewing Circle

Roughly based on Butterick 6527 (an original 1950s pattern), with lots of customization, this dress is my celebration of the holidays and the beginning of summer in New Zealand.

I love your dress and the adorable red piping. The pockets are so sweet, I would agree pink and red, yummy! Now the fabric, Kokka, of course, it's brilliant and oh so cheerful! I would have bought this fabric too at full price. Sometimes you just have to go for it, and yes birds!
