Old, Not Vintage, Simplicity Pattern Dress

First, EVER, sheath dress that fits!! This is still, basically, a muslin. Being two different sizes on the top and bottom makes this style so difficult to fit. This is so close!

Thanks, everyone!! I did make the belt, finally using one of the buckles I bought from etsy in a notions buying frenzy.
