The Sew Weekly Sewing Circle

Hi all, I just bought a matte jersey fabric that has laser cut out lines and was wondering what kind of lining fabric or interfacing I should use with it. I suppose they should also be stretchy. Love to hear some suggestions.

Thank you.

Not sure what you're making.... but you can buy a stretch iron on interfacing - though maybe not suitable with laser cutouts.

Also.. swimwear lining can make a good lining fabric, it's matte, very stretchy and nice and light weight-  it normally comes in black, beige or white.

Thanks Casey, most likely a dress but still thinking about it. Appreciate the tip, will check out the swimwear linings :)
Thanks Casey! I got some of that swimwear lining, it's perfect! Think the effect on the jersey is called burnout not cutout :p
