Papunya Pattern Print Dress - 1945 - Created for Sew for Victory

Dress and bolero made from Simplicity 1578 (1945)
Pattern is classed as easy but I did have a few problems with my fabric. Suffice to say, thank f... I have finally finished it!!
V for Victory indeed!
Fabric looks like Aboriginal Dot Painting. Papunya is an area in Alice Springs (AU) Aboriginal people put their Dreamings onto canvas, most famous artist is Clifford Possum Tjapaltjarri.
