Spring~ Spring~ Where are you Dress

This pattern was from Sytle book summer 2012. I had marked "To Sew" since last summer, and then came the autumn, and then winter...3 seasons is past...i also piled up sewing pattern magazines and fooling around sew many "To sew" patterns...

well~ you know sometimes you have Peferct pattern but still waiting for the Perfect Fabric to match..........

Till last Sat, i found these fabric that match with Sytle book summer 2012 ...fabric feel like Spring breeze, finest…

My "High Standards" 1940's Jumper

     When I think of the word "jumper", my mind automatically wants to picture a dowdy, sack like article of clothing that is obviously outdated.  I'm not sure why this occurrence is the case for me, but I suppose it's easy to get misconceptions stuck in one's head.  So, as I was looking through my patterns for something different to make and wear this winter, a vintage jumper sounded fun along with the knowledge I was taking a risk with my precious fabric.  My standards for a jumper were…

Fit sew well Dress

after sewed 5 dress with pleats on the front, i dived into antoher dress that also need pleats on the bottom skirts...

but i always afarid of show my waist line, especially Female sewing magaznine, the model are looks like teenage young girls...

 

However, i revised female sewing magazine teenager pattern to middle aged, matured…

Too many pleats have made Dress - part 5

not too V Dress (same pattern with Spring Coat)

With Spring coat pattern, next day i sew the V dress.

The only difference is the V on the front.  This is my first time to sew the V shape..

Spring Tee ~ Sew Delightful

Last week the weather down to 10 degree, i was thinking to do some winter dresss....but now the weather turn to 25 degree above..i need to adjust my sewing strategy...adjust to the changable weather, and also clean some fabric scrape inventory i piled up for a while....
