As for moving from Sydney, its a tree/sea change. I needed to get out of suburban living from Avalon. Just too busy ! People here are very friendly and so willing to give a hand. We are on 10 acres and growing our own veges etc. When I go back to Sydney I can't believe how busy it is and that I didnt notice it before now.
I too have the messy sewing room - it just means its well used & loved !
