Hi Kat - I hope you and your family are ok - I was jsut reading about the earthquake.  You are in Wellington though right?  So many natural disasters - the world is definitely trying to tell us something.

Hi Kat,

I'm having a few "technical skills" issues with my dress for this week... I have to fully line the dress as the material is a bit sheer. I've never done this before and I can't figure out how to line the bodice and skirt and still get the zip in the back! Given your kaboodles of experience, do you have any advice, tips or places I could look to increase my understanding/comprehension?? I'm also giving pattern re-sizing a bash this week so I can only hope I can learn all this stuff and still get the dress done in time! Thanks :)

Thanks for the help Kat, I super appreciate it. I'll give it a go as best I can! I'm not sure if my dress will make the deadline though!

Yeah Kat -- Congratulations on winning the Parfait Colette pattern!  I can't wait to see what you do with it.  I ordered the Lady Grey, Oolong and Crepe patterns, which arrived on Monday, I'm hoping that one will fit into a coming challenge.  BTW - eagerly awaiting your "creation" this week!!
