Dear Cathe,

Does the pattern show you how to include the lining or you figured the lining part yourself? I have been wondering how to sew the zipper which is enclosed in the lining, is that handstitched? You have to show me. Love, love this dress.

Sertyan I always refer to Colette's tutorial on invisible zippers: http://www.coletterie.com/tutorials-tips-tricks/tutorial-installing...

The pattern does show you how to work the lining. I hand sewed it along the edge of the zipper, but I'm a fan of hand sewing which I know many people don't enjoy, I think it could be machine sewn as well.

The outer fabric is a blend of linen and silk and the lining is a cotton voile. So outer is mid weight and lining super light weight.
