I have had this fabric for a very long time, I would guess it was drapes, perhaps from Florida in it's previous life…now a skirt! I didn't have much more than a yard so I had to be a bit crafty with cutting the fabric. I used a grosgrain ribbon for the waistband which worked out really well.
And yes, it's snowing, in fact the first snow of the season…such is life in the winter wonderland (aka Minnesota).
