The Sew Weekly Sewing Circle

A belated addition to the Fall palette. We are coming into Spring over here so a fall palette isn't really of much use to me at present. However, I did have this fabric, black with orange and white flowers scattered and felt that it was somewhat autumn-ish.
The pattern is the Colette Ginger which sewed up easily and was quick to do. The reason that it has taken me so long to put this up is that I have been helping a friend sew her first skirt, the Ginger.
I traced the pattern off in her size and mine and worked at her pace. She is now in the process of handsewing the hem and I hope to get a pic of her finished skirt - soonish.
