Using V2859, I made the blouse in a blue silk fabric. I did not realize at the time that the shirt would show so much of my midriff! Ah well, it would be perfect for a day cruising on the ocean (with a full bottle of SPF 85 for my stomach). :)

Good to know that this runs short!  I have the pattern, and was considering making it up, but I'm not sure that my pasty whiteness could look as cute in it as yours.

Wow, that is a very unusual top.  I like it.  The colour is so nice on you.   I would invite you to my Yacht any day.  (if i had one).

So fun! Love the color of the shirt, the neck line is fabulous!

At least you've got the midriff for it. Great top, beautiful colour.

I'm very surprised at how short that pattern is!? Those pants must have been pretty high waisted! But you look fab in it anyway... and now you can get some sun on that tummy while lounging about on somebody's yacht somewhere. lol. (wear the sunscreen tho ok.)

You're so much fun. Love the neck how it wraps around. That's a great colour on you Meg.
