The Sew Weekly Sewing Circle

My mum wasn't brave enough to model this for me! I had hoped for a 'mother and daughter' shot of us both in our respective aprons ... anyway, I enjoyed making this, particularly the ric rac and bias binding detail. It makes for very strong pockets as well as being decorative. I think I'm in love with bias binding at the moment!

The trims are darling!  And how nice to know that they also make for stronger pockets.  I need my aprons to be sturdy!
