The Sew Weekly Sewing Circle

I appointed this apron the "Bitter Housewife" apron after becoming a bit frustrated when I sewed the lining on incorrectly and had to enjoy quality time with my seam ripper. It's made from Butterick 4087, a modern pattern. There is more info at my blog.

Ah...the seam ripper.  Can't do with it, can't do without it.

You look adorable!  I love the color and the details, especially those buttons on the back!  Beautiful work...

oh this turned out so lovely, even if you had trouble along the way.  I love it with the pearls.

Love it! (I love anything with a ruffle!)  Love the white buttons on the back.

And who doesn't love quality time with the seam ripper? ME! I feel your pain, but think it was worth the effort. Lovely outcome.
