The Sew Weekly Sewing Circle

For the Refashionista challenge I took an old dress and turned it into a Sorbetto blouse. I had to modify the pattern due to the fabric constraints and the desire to have a bit of sleeve, but I think I still did justice to Sarai's wonderful pattern.

That fabric is just beautiful - what a great refashion. I think the cap sleeves are an excellent idea. It gives it so much more scope as a wearable garment.

So pretty! What a great way to use the dress. I really like the way you positioned the print and the cap sleeves are perfect for the sorbetto.
