What could be more British than the seaside and typical British weather?! Here I am on the Norfolk coast ... windswept to say the least, on the first of what I hope will be many days out this coming summer. I'm wearing Colette 'Crepe' - my second version, with the sweetheart neckline this time and in the fabric I originally chose to use when we had Colette patterns week. I've made a toning raspberry red sash. I've used a smaller size than the last one and added a couple of extra inches to the length which seems better for me. I thought the denim jacket would provide an overall contrast to the prettiness of the floral. This is such a versatile pattern and I can see so many possibilities with it ... coordinating fabrics, trims etc ...
