I drafted the bottoms from a store bought pair that I loved. For the top - I started out with Simplicity 3751 (which I've used for pj's before) I cut out the front and back from the pattern and then made it up as I went along. Instead of the yoke, I attached a tube casing to the front and back and then threaded another tube through the casings to form the gathers and straps. The vintage printed cotton is from my MIL's stash - The peach knit was thrifted for 50c - The ribbon also thrifted for $1 and the lace was from my inherited stash. I heart my new pj's!
