I love these overhead shelves. But the rest of your area has similarities to my sewing area. Serious de-cluttering needed.

I limit myself to working on one hobby at a time - 'cos I've only got one pair of hands :), but I jump from one technique to another depending upon what I fancy!

By the way those boxes on the top right shelf are really pretty looking.

I'm only really doing the sewing at the moment (and I don't have much time for that to be honest), but I can't bear to throw the rest of it away. The papercrafting stuff is gradually being used up by the kids and I hope when we move to have a more suitable space for the jewellery stuff (like the garage) where I can play with blow torches to my hearts content.

 

The boxes are Janosh chests - the come from Lebkuchen Schmidt who make the yummiest lebkuchen and they're decorated by Janosch a german childrens author/illustrator. I used to get them for christmas when I was working over there, but with the current exchange rate and postal charges they're a bit too pricey to justify buying now. Shame as they have a fab pirates treasure chest one this year which my son would go mad for.
