The Sew Weekly Sewing Circle

Here is my finished 40's jumper, made from a modern reprint Simplicity 3673. I really went out of my comfort zone here, as I'm not a big fan of jumpers, but I had high standards and did plenty of online research, so I would get the modern vintage look I achieved here. The exposed zipper breaks up the dark colors of my jumper and gave me extra space to fit into what I made when it turned out too snug. Now I have the perfect 'wiggle dress'! See more pics, find out what adjustments I made, and read why I'm in a library @my blog: http://circle.sewweekly.com/profiles/blogs/my-high-standards-1940-s-jumper?xg_source=activity
