The Sew Weekly Sewing Circle

I made the dress of 3 fabrics I had in my stash and didn't know what to do with - until I remembered a picture of a Gucci dress I clipped a few years back.
The fabric of the top and bottom part is embroidered cotton with cream coloured matte sequins. The 2 fabrics of the middle part are
printed cotton fabrics. I added pink pompon at the hem. The tier is trimmed with a zigg-zagg velvet tape, I sew a brocade tape underneath the bust line.
The dress is lined with black cotton and closes at the back with a hidden zipper.
I made another version of this dress in white/yellow with black accents.

Thank you, I had them for ages in my cupboard. Only when I looked at all of the together I realised what a nice and wearable combination they make.
