That type of fabric is called "shot" when the yarns of one colour form the warp and the other colour forms the weft, to give it that shifting colour effect.  It can be made of many fibres, silk, acetate or rayon, it's a cute top, I like the keyhole effect.

Lovely top. I like the shot fabric. I would call it either teal or petrol.

Oh dear Trish my spell check on my ipad did a very nasty thing to your name my deepest apologizes! It appears that I can't erase it…when did this site change??It use to have a function for deleting…urgh!

i love that keyhole opening! i asked ruggy, the resident expert here on color, he says it's "ocean blue."  i agree!
