Not being particularly into western dress, I just had a go at a simple waistcoat (waistcoats featuring prominently in any western movie I've seen). Faffing around meant it took a lot longer than warranted, but oh, well.

It is made from the same material I used for the nautical skirt but I used pink topstitching this time.
Pattern is Burda mag. 4/2003 No. 111
Wear again (or at all): eh, maybe.

Oh I like this, just a hint of western pulled into a modern look! Very nice, and the pink stitching is such a nice pop of color and detail. You'll get a lot of wear out of this one!

Bet you'll find that really useful - that colour should go with anything.

The touch of pink stitching is a very nice touch in contrast to the vest. Love this garment! I'm sure it will have a lot of wear in all seasons. Great
