Kate's Wedding Rehearsal Dress
I will be making my daughter Kate the dress she will wear for her rehearsal luncheon. Although she chose to purchase a new dress for the ceremony, I couldn't have been more pleased and proud that she is trusting me to make her dress for this occasion. I will be cutting up MY dress from my 1983 wedding for the fabric...kinda scary.

That is such an awesome idea! Wish I had thought of that for my wedding - Mom's dress didn't fit so I wore my Grandmother's dress but it would have been neat to alter hers to use for the rehearsal.

Thanks, I am pretty excited about the prospect. I'll have to save the scraps to use somehow for my son's wedding - some day.
