Share 'Scallop skirt'

I only started properly sewing in 2011, and this one tops the lot because it's my 'ultimate skirt of learning'. I learned to sew scallops, blind hems, darts (properly!), buttons, buttonholes and button plackets, and waistbands. Now I just need some sweet tops to go with it....
