UK meet (and swap?) - anyone interested?

Some of us have started saying we'd like a UK meet up.... sooooo, who is interested? And where do you live? And are you willing to travel???????

 

I have just looked at the rail map of the uk, we could meet centrally somewhere, sometime this summer? We seem to have people from Edinburgh to Devon....

 

I'll start, I live in Lincolnshire, I can travel within reason (!), but I need some time to organise babysitting ;0) I would LOVE to meet some of the people I have met online and chat about sewing...

Only Debi hasn't seen this yet as far as I know.... once she has said yes for definite I'm going to start looking up trains....

Hi all!  I literally just got back online after being out at a conference from Sunday to today and saw the emails!  YAY! so glad the date is decided!  I'm in for the 14th!!  I'll probably come down the Friday after work!

Thanks for pointing me here Charlotte. I'd love to join in the fun. Saturday 14th May may be a bit of a problem (my sister's birthday), so count me in for now, but I may have to drop out nearer the time. It'll be great to meet more like-minded people! x

Are we meeting at King's Cross? I need to know for train tickets.... where will we go first? London people, where would it be convenient to meet? is there an easy to find cafe? How will we know each other - we might look different from our pics - red carnations in buttonholes?????? tee hee ;o)
