The Sew Weekly Sewing Circle

From the discussion over here, I can tell you ladies love talking about ugly patterns! Since it's so much fun, let's make it a contest: In this thread, post an image of the ugliest pattern envelope you can find. I'll pick the winner based on my completely objective tastes. The winner will receive a definitely non-ugly pattern from my stash (I'll hopefully have the right size for you).

Get going and let's see some heinous patterns!

that blue thing - goodness me!

jen... you should see the blue ones in person...Oh Lord.. they are awful... I made them for my daughter when she was young [13 or 14] anyway, the legs were hugh... [I guess 3 or 4 people could fit in to one leg..]haha ha

When she comes over.I will have to show her this pictures..She will not believe she wore them...

It reminds me of clowns, and clowns scare me.
Same here - don't even like ornamental ones -  I think there's a name for this kind of 'clown phobia'!
I just googled the name for our "affliction" : coulrophobia. Now we have a diagnosis for our unfounded fears.
oh thats just great!

Stacey...ooooh this pattern..ha,ha,ha

my daughter is 37 yrs old now. and I remember when these  bloomer looking  jumpsuits

came out.I made this exact pattern for her. [she was 13 or 14 yrs old.] .she loved them..

Everyone was wearing them.. Oh Lord..trying to iron them ,was next to impossible !!!!!

And I cant remember how many yds of fabric it took..but yards and yards..It was

awful... ha Enjoyed seeing the pattern and going back to some ole memories.
