Reducing shoulder width

Okay, another problem arose once I attached the sleeve...

The shoulder extends too far out, so although it was fine as a sleeveless top, the sleeve seam is dropping off my shoulder slightly! How do I reduce the shoulder width to move the sleeve seam 3/4" in without losing the work I've done in fitting the bust?
