40's style rayon sources?
Hey y'all! I was hoping people could help point me in the right direction to find suitable 40's style printed rayon fabric to use for some rather fantastic vintage patterns I've found? I'm having a hard time finding prints I like - most are too modern - and I would really love to make a few patterned dresses. Original vintage is so expensive - surely there's a company that does reproductions? Any help is appreciated!! <3

Donna Flower does vintage rayon fabric and also some 'vintage inspired' ones which might fit the bill: http://www.donnaflower.com/home/1980-s-and-vintage-inspired.html still not all that cheap I'm afraid, but you could maybe use the site to give you an idea of what sort of patterns you're looking for.

Fabric.com has a lot of rayon challis, there might be a print you would like. It is quite affordable.
